My name is Isaac March. I am a 12th grade student at PALCS. This is my 3rd year coming to China. We are staying in Shijiazhuang which means under the river. Here is a map of where we take our language lessons.

My name is Jacob. This is my second time coming to China. The first time with PALCS. I like turtles. Jacob is a bit tired in this photo. Out team is complete with his arrival.

My name is Marissa Borger, I'm a senior and this is my first year at PALCS. While I am true Mandarin beginner, I am enjoying everything about China and my experience here, as well as learning the difficult language. In the fall I will study Sociology at Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan and hope to continue Chinese language studies there. I am grateful for this oppportunity to experience a culture so different from my own!
